START at the beginning

It is not spring yet but I have decided that my winter sleep has come to an end. There was something on that horse today that I learned. How beautiful
it is not to think all the time. How much concentration it needs to be and stay focused on that horse ? It is amazing, striking and beautiful. There is no question...no dilemma - no doubt.
I remember a modern trumpeter (Nils Petter Molvaer) who said his music was trying to be like the tiger that attacks...there is no thought or doubt - no question how fast or slow, from which side or to which angle he or she has to get his or her pray...He or she just does it.

Another memory. My tennis teacher always remarked. "Never doubt...or else you miss the ball."

Now it is a wonderful lesson for today. In my daily life it means that I have to really not look at all the possibilities...we live in the overkill time. All these choices of what we can do,...where we can go and what we can eat. It is almost annoying. And I must get rid of this feeling. Too many choices make me sick. It's just that when I am on that horse back I notice that I am focused again. This or meditation.

I mean I cannot ride on the horse all of the time. And meditation is something I can do all the time. SO> Good choice. Or horse back or meditation, but no doubts anymore. CONCENTRATE
